- Purchase Date means the date when payment is successfully processed.
- Refund Period means the 30-day window from the Purchase Date during which refund requests can be made.

General Refund Policy
We offer refunds under the following conditions:
- Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the Purchase Date.
- The course progress must not exceed 20% completion.
- No certification attempts have been made for the course.
- The refund request must be made through proper channels as described below.
Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Courses that are more than 20% completed
- Any course where a certification attempt has been made
- Downloadable course materials
- Bundled courses if any single course in the bundle has been completed beyond 20%
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

- Include your full name, order number, and reason for the refund request
- Our support team will review your request within 3-5 business days
- If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days
Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days. The time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account depends on your financial institution's processing time.
Exceptions
We may make exceptions to this policy in cases of:
- Technical issues that prevent access to the course materials
- Duplicate purchases
- Unauthorized purchases
All exceptions are granted at our sole discretion.
